Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using Findee, an online job portal (the "Platform") operated by Chilly Shot Billiards & Snooker Hall LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Findee, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Use of the Platform

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Job Listings and Applications

a. Job Seekers & Freelancers: You understand that job applications are subject to review by employers. Your application information may be shared with employers for the purpose of job recruitment.

b. Employers: You agree to abide by applicable laws and regulations when posting job listings and interacting with job seekers/freelancers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of applicants.

5. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

a. No Warranty: The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

b. Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi Jurisdiction & International Laws Jurisdiction of any country, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
